Spybot Search & Destroy

• Spybot Search & Destroy can detect and remove a variety of spyware from your computer. 
• Spyware is a relatively new kind of threat that common anti-virus applications do not yet cover. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you didn't intentionally install, if your browser crashes, or if you browser start page has changed without your knowing, you most might have spyware. 
• Even if everything appears normal there is still a possibility that spyware could be tracking your website history. Advertising companies often buy these logs to better target certain crowds of computer users.

Malwarebytes

• A program we often use to remove Malware and Viruses. 
• It is useful to install and run this program to clean the target computer and install AVG antivirus afterward to maintain a safe computing environment. 
• As long as AVG antivirus is installed soon after there is not a real nee to run this program again and again, once in a while will suffice.

CCleaner

• This cleaning tool removes built up clutter, such as temporary internet files and cookies, that slow your computer down over time.  
• It protects your privacy online, makes your computer faster and more secure. It is easy to use and a small, fast download.

All of these programs are free to use but very powerful. They can locate and remove malicious software that other anti-virus programs leave behind.
