Diagnostic and Repair

Once PCS performs a system diagnostic to locate the problem, we will explain the issue, recommend solutions, and work with the client to solve to the issue in least amount of time. Common computer problems are often due to hardware conflicts, while others are software related. Whatever the problem, PCS is here to help our clients every step of they way with sound advice and efficient solutions.

We approach each computer repair problem with the same level of intensity.  We understand that each client is different and requires attention to their own needs outside of the computer related issue such as schedule, their own client's needs and unexpected problems that requires us to reschedule our appointment.  We appreciate our client's business and are happy to make any accommodations necessary.
